Sue's Fudge

In large bowl:

1/2 lb (1 cup) margarine
2 cups chopped nuts (optional)
2 1/2 tsp vanilla
3 packages (6 cups) chocolate chips (or white chocolate chips)
1 pt (16 oz) marshmallow creme 

In large pan: 

4 1/2 cups sugar
1 lg can (12 oz) evap milk

Bring milk and sugar to a rolling boil and boil for exactly 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add to the dry ingredients. Stir until thoroughly dissolved. Pour into 3 8in square buttered cake pans. Cool and cut into squares.

Makes 5 lbs.

Chicken Cordon Bleu Sauce

Chicken Cordon Bleu Sauce recipe
1 10.75 oz. cream of chicken
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1 t. lemon juice
(serves 7)
Mix ingredients together and heat.

Broccoli-Raisin Salad Recipe

Broccoli-Raisin Salad Recipe:
serves 6

Ingredients- 
1/2 large head broccoli washed and trimmed
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1/4 pound bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1/4 cup and 2 Tablespoons low fat Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon vinegar
1/4 cup sugar

Directions-
1. Cut broccoli into small florets, peel the stem and cut into 1/2" pieces
2. Combine broccoli, onion, raisins, nuts (optional), and bacon
3. In a small separate bowl, make dressing of mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar
4. Pour dressing over salad
5. Refrigerate until ready to serve
6. Toss before serving

Rondi's Bread Machine Bread

1 - 1/8 cup water
3 cups bread flour
3 Tbsp sugar
1 - 1/2 Tbsp powdered milk
1- 1/2 tsp salt
1 - 1/2 Tbsp butter, in small cubes
1 - 3/4 tsp bread machine yeast

Put water in first, then flour on top of it to seal the water in the bottom. Make a well in the middle of the flour for the yeast and add the other ingredients around the edges. This keeps the water separate from the yeast if you are using a timer.
